19. വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക തോരൻ | Okra stir fry w/ Eng subtitles | Kerala style vendakka thoran without coconut | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

I am going to show you how to make a Kerala style vendakka thoran (okra stir fry). I am not using coconut in this recipe. Okra is very good for your health, especially for diabetic patients. Please try this recipe at home!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
250 g Okra
Half an Onion
2 Green chilies
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Urad dal
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Dried red chilies
One clove of garlic
2 Curry leaves
1/4 tsp Crushed red chilies
A pinch of Pepper powder
