Set aside. In a large pot add water, chicken bones, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, whole black pepper. Bring to a boil over high flame. Once it starts boiling reduce the heat to low flame and cook for 1 hour. Then strain and your chicken stock is ready. In another pot add oil, ginger and mix well. Add chicken and cook until color changes for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then add fish/prawns, mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins.Add black pepper powder, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili sauce and mix well.Add chicken stock mix well and bring to boil. Add carrot, cabbage in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Lastly mix corn flour in water, gradually add it in soup and cook until you reach your desired consistency.In a bowl add eggs white and whisk well. Gradually add them in soup and keep stirring.
