2 Delicious Passover Dishes: Matzo Fattoush & Charoset | In The Kitchen With | Food52

SERVES: 4 to 6, as a side

INGREDIENTS

1 lemon
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1/4 cup (60 milliliters) extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 matzo
1 large egg
3 tablespoons store-bought Everything Seasoning or za’atar
1/2 small red onion
5 Persian cucumbers, or 1 English cucumber
2 pints (565 grams) cherry tomatoes
1 handful chopped fresh dill
1 handful fresh parsley leaves
1 handful fresh mint leaves
Ground sumac
