Ingredients for vegetable cheese omelets
Cooking Oil (As Needed)
10 gm Onion
100 gm Green Capsicum
1 Green Chili
100 gm Peas
100 gm Tomato
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (As Needed)
10 gm Green Coriander
3 Eggs
2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients for chicken cheese omelette
Cooking Oil (As Needed) 150 gm Chicken
100 gm Onion
100 gm Tomatoes
100 gm Green Capsicum
50 gm Green Olive
50 gm Basil Leaf
Salt (As Neeeded)
Whole Red Chili (crushed)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
4 Eggs
Directions for Vegetable Cheese Omelette:
1. In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and cook for a while
2. Now, add green capsicum, green chili, peas, tomato, salt, black pepper powder, green coriander, egg and fry them
3. Now, add mozzarella cheese
