Ingredients:
150 g red beans (payar) - washed well and soaked in water for 2 days with frequent water change
250g pumpkin - sliced
Salt
Pepper powder
Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Coconut powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tsp Crushed red chilies
Mustard seeds
2 Dried red chilies
few Curry leaves
A ground paste of 2 tbs coconut powder and 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Olive oil
Water
