2011 Roasted Baby Beetroots, Ricotta and Elbow Pasta Salad - Cheesefest Featuring Adam Swanson | SanRemoPasta

CheeseFest is a celebration of the Australian specialty cheese industry providing an opportunity for cheesemakers to promote and raise the awareness of the art of specialty cheesemaking. The two day festival in October 2011 gave visitors the opportunity to meet Cheesemakers from around Australia who spoke about their specialty cheeses. The festival included celebrity cooking demonstrations by San Remo Brand Ambassador Adam Swanson who prepared a range of delicious San Remo pasta recipes for the visitors.
