Ingredients:
A quarter piece of kumbalanga (Ash gourd/ winter melon) - thinly sliced
1-2 sliced green chilies
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coconut oil

Ash gourd is often used in ayurvedic medication. It is a very healthy vegetable and is good for you. Do make this very simple dish often. You can have it with steaming, hot rice!
