1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
200 g Broken wheat/ lapsi
1 tsp Coconut oil
1/2 an onion - chopped
Carrots - chopped (about 1 small cup)
1/4 Ginger piece - chopped
2 green chilies sliced vertically
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp desiccated coconut powder
