29. റാഗി പൊടി കൊണ്ട് ഊത്തപ്പം തേങ്ങാ ചമ്മന്തി | Ragi uttapam | Ragi dosa with Eng subtitles | Aswathi's Healthy Cooking

In this video, I am sharing with you how to make ragi uttapam. This is a healthy and fibre-rich Indian breakfast dish.

Ingredients:
For the dosa:
1 cup Rice
1 cup Urad dal
1 cup Ragi flour
Finely chopped carrots
1/4 tsp Roasted fenugreek powder
Hing
Salt to taste

For the chammanthi:
2 tbsp Coconut powder
1 red chili
1/4 piece grated ginger
Cumin seeds
2 curry leaves
Water
Salt to taste

This ragi uttapam can be had with the coconut chammanthi and sambar as a delicious and filling breakfast.
The ragi is rich in calcium and fibre while the carrots are rich in vitamin A.
