Set it aside.To assemble the salad, arrange the arugula in a serving dish and top with the red onion, prosciutto, figs, goat cheese and dressing.Strawberry Grilled Halloumi Salad: https://inspiredentertainment.com/recipe/grilled-halloumi-strawberry-salad/Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon Dijon mustardSalt and freshly cracked black pepperSalad:1 halloumi brick, sliced4 cups mixed greens1 cup halved strawberries1 avocado, sliced2 tablespoons fresh basil, choppedPreheat the grill to medium-high heat. Top with the halloumi, strawberries and avocado. Blend until smooth and set it aside. To assemble the salad, massage the kale with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
