3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Pancakes I The Buddhist Chef

An easy, no-fuss recipe that is filling, gluten free and does not skimp on flavor one bit. Plus, these pancakes require just 3 simple ingredients.

3-Ingredient Gluten-Free Pancakes

1 ripe banana
2 cups quick oat flakes 200 g
1 1/2 cups plant milk 375 ml
Vegetable oil for cooking


In a blender, combine banana, quick oatmeal and plant milk, blend until the mixture is smooth.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter.
Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side adding oil as needed.
Top with maple syrup and seasonal fruit.
