Watermelon Mojito is a refreshing drink during the hot summer days. These are non-alcoholic drinks you can enjoy.

Water melon mojito

Serving - 4 pax
Preparation time - 10 mins

Ingredient Quantity

Watermelon 1 nos
Black salt to taste + For rimming of glass
Sugar 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ice cubes 4-5 nos
Mint powder for riming of glass
salt for riming of glass
mint leaves 8-10 nos + for garnish
lemon 2 nos + 1 slice

method :

1. Wash & rinse the watermelon thouroghly .
2. Cut it into half and scoop out the inner fruit content into the bowl .
3. Now with the help of spoon end , deseed the watermelon . keep it aside .
4. now keep 2 peice of watermelon aside .
5. In a blendor add watermelon fruit , black salt , sugar , chaat masala and grind it well .
6. Now add ice cubes and grint it for a while .
7. In a bowl, starin the juice using strainer .
8. In a plate add black salt , mint powder , salt and mix it well .
9. Now take a cocktail mixer , add mint leaves , lemon juice along with its skin and muddle it a bit
using wooden roller .
10. Now take a slice of lemon and apply it on the rim of glass .
11. Now transfer the muddled mixture into the glass ,and the watermelon bowl .
12. Transfer the watermelon juice into the cocktail shaker , cover the lid and pour the juice into the
glass and watermelon bowl .
13. Sprinkle a pinch of mint powder mixture on top of watermelon bowl .
14. Garnish with mint sprigs , served chilled .



This spicy and sweet drink is absolutely amazing and tastes just out of the world when served chilled.

Peru pyala

Serving - 4 pax
Preparation time - 10 mins

Ingredient Quantity
Guava (peru) 2 nos
Mint leaves 4-6 petals + for garnish
Green chilli 1 nos
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp + for rimming
Red chilli powder ½ tsp + for rimming
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Water as required
Lemon juice 1 ½ nos + 1 slice + for garnish
Ice cubes 6-8 cubes
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Mint leaves for garnish

Method :

1. Wash & rinse the guava , cut it into wedges and deseed it .
2. In a blender add guava wedges , mint leaves , green chilli , cumin powder , black salt , red chilli
powder , black pepper powder , sugar , water and grind it well .
3. In a bowl strain the juice using strainer , add lemon juice , ice cubes , chaat masala and mix it
well .
4. In a plate take black salt , red chilli powder mix it well .
5. Take glass and apply lemon slice on the rim of the glass , keep it aside .
6. Now for garnishing take lemon slices corners , give a cut in between of slice .
7. Now transfer the juice into the glass .
8. Garnish with lemon slice , mint leaves .
9. Served chilled




Khus Sharbat - a quick & easy homemade Mocktail recipe. This heavenly summer cooler not only helps in quenching thirst but also provides with a lot of health benefits.

Khus lemonade

Serving - 2 pax
Preparation time - 5 mins


Ingredient Quantity
Lemon 2 nos + for garnish
Mint leaves few petals
Green bayleaf 2 nos
Soaked Basil seeds 2 tbsp
Khus syrup 2-3 tbsp
Black salt ¼ tsp
Soda water as required


Method :
1. Take 2 glass , cut the lemon into half and squeeze out the lemon juice of 1 nos in each glass .
2. Now take few mint petals and bayleaves crush it with hands one by one and add into the glass .
3. Now add 2 tbsp of soaked basil seeds in each glass .
4. Now add khus syrup , black salt in to the glass and mix it well .
5. Lastly add soda water intot the glass .
6. Cut the slice of the lemon and garnish it .
7. Khus lemonade is ready to serve
