Learn how to make Mango Mojito By Chef Varun Inamdar exclusively on Rajshri Food. Made in 3 varieties, it's the best mocktail to beat the heat. Try this super easy summer drink recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of 3 lemons
1 cup fresh mango pulp
6 tbsp sugar syrup
1 tbsp black salt
Ice cubes
Water
500 ml - Soda water
Ginger
2 tbsp Rose syrup
Mint sprigs
1/2 green chili
Mango pulp

Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl of water add chia seeds, give it a stir and allow it to soak for 8-10 minutes.
Squeeze some lemons in the blender, add fresh mango pulp, sugar syrup, black salt and some Ice cubes along with the chilled water.
Add some aerated water/ soda water and blend them.
2. Add grated ginger to the created mojito mix. Give it a blend.
3. Add some mint sprigs and green chilies to the created mojito mix. Give it a blend.

Assembling:
1. In a glass add some ice cubes, slices of lime, soaked chia seeds and top it up with Mango Mojito.
2. In a glass add in some ice cubes, rose syrup and top it with ginger and mango mojito. Place a vedge of fresh mango.
3. In a glass add in some ice cubes, retained Mango pulp and fill it up with mango, mint and chili mojito. Top it with slit green chili.
