We're talking strawberries for breakfast, lunch and dinner!!PRINT ALL OF MY RECIPES HERE: http://cleananddelicious.comPeanut Butter + Strawberry Overnight Oats1 cup of rolled oats1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 tsp. cinnamon3-4 drops of liquid stevia2 tbsp. all natural peanut butter1/2 cup chopped strawberriesCombine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing until everything is well incorporated (be sure to stir in that peanut butter to be sure it mixes through all off the oats).Divide evenly between two 6 ounce mason jars (or whatever airtight container you have on hand) and top each with 1/4 cup of chopped strawberries.Pop on the lid and place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours and preferably overnight until your oats are cold and creamy. Enjoy!Makes 2 servings.Nutrients per jar: Calories: 277g; Total Fat: 11.9g Saturated Fat: 2g; Cholesterol: 0mg; Carbohydrate: 33.9g; Dietary Fiber: 6.3g; Sugars: 3.8g; Protein: 10.3gPRINT RECIPE HERE: http://tinyurl.com/hjk338dStrawberry Avocado Butter Lettuce SaladSalad1 head of butter lettuce1 pint strawberries, sliced1 avocado, chopped2 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled1/3 cup roasted almonds, choppedSalad Dressing1 clove of crushed garlic1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurtSalt and pepper to tasteSaladClean, dry and chop the butter lettuce and play in a large bowl or platter. Top with strawberries, avocado, feta cheese and chopped almonds. Set aside.Salad DressingCombine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, pop on the lid and shake until everything is well combined (you can also do this a cup or bowl and whisk together with a fork).Serve your salad on your favorite plate or bowl and drizzle with plasmic dressing. Enjoy!4-6 servings.Nutrients per 1/4th of the salad with 2 tbsp. of salad dressing: Calories: 252; Total Fat: 20.6g Saturated Fat: 3.6g; Cholesterol: 5mg; Carbohydrate: 15.1g; Dietary Fiber: 5.5g; Sugars: 8g; Protein: 6gPRINT RECIPE HERE: http://tinyurl.com/jeesebfPan Seared Chicken with Balsamic Strawberries and Feta1 heaping cup of strawberries, chopped1 tbsp. balsamic glaze2 tablespoons of chopped basil1 tbsp. chopped mint1 lb. thinly slice boneless, skinless chicken breast1 tbsp. olive oilSalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbledIn a small bowl combine the strawberries, balsamic glaze, basil and mint. Gently stir everything together and set aside While they get to know each other you're gonna get started on the chicken.Heat olive oil in a large non stick saute pan over a medium high heat. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper and then get them into the pan.Cook the chicken for two to three minutes per side, browning up each side as it cooks. Once it's done, remove the chicken and plate it up.Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the balsamic strawberries each chicken breast.
