Drain zucchini and mushroom. 3. In a bowl, mix beef, zucchini, mushroom and the rest of the filling ingredients.(chopped garlic, spring onion, hot pepper, red pepper powder, salt, sesame oil and sesame seeds.)4. In a large bowl, mix flour, sesame oil and salt water and knead until smooth. rest for 30min5. Split the dough in half, roll the dough into a thick rope, slice into chunks. Roll the chunks into round wrappers.You can roll individual wrapper like in the video, or you can roll the entire dough and cut rounds using a cutter.The latter would be easier if you have a flat pasta roller.6. Make dumpling by wrapping around filling in any shape you like.7. Steam for 10min.
