Todays movie is The Hundred-Foot Journey starring Helen Mirren and Manish Dayal.
They make an omelet in the movie, and it was SO beautiful. So I made it too!

3 large eggs, 50ml heavy cream
Italian parsley, red pepper, salt, paprika powder, green onion

* Recipe

1. Choped the parsley, red pepper and Sliced green onion.
2. Mix the paprika powder, salt, parsley, red pepper and heavy cream to eggs and mix well.
3. Coat the pan with oil, pour the egg mixture and stir with chopsticks or spatula
4. add green onion and fold one side of the omelet and served! done!
