Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until onions soften. Add tofu and cook for another 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and chili flakes. Mix well.
