Subscribe to our channel to join our Foodies fam & HIT that notification bell so youll never miss a new delicious recipe.Full recipe Serves 6 Hands-on time: 10 minutes Hands-off time: 20 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Flakes 2 medium eggs 1 cup low-fat milk 1 tsp ground cinnamon 6 slices whole-wheat bread Serving suggestion: Plain yoghurt Mixed berries Banana Honey METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Sprinkle the Kellogg's All-Bran Flakes onto a plate. Use your fingertips to roughly crush the bran flakes.3. Whisk the eggs, low-fat milk and ground cinnamon until well combined. 4. Dip both sides of the slices of wholewheat bread into the egg mixture for about 5-8 seconds on each side. 5. Dip the egg-coated slices of bread into the crushed bran flakes pushing down slightly to make sure they stick. Lay the coated bread onto the prepared sheet pan. 6. Bake the French toast for 8-10 minutes or until fragrant, crispy and lightly golden brown. Once baked, allow the toast to cool for 5 minutes before serving. *Chefs Tip: If preferred, the french toast can also be cooked in the pan. 7. Lay a slice of toast onto a dessert-size plate and top with a generous dollop of yoghurt, fresh berries and chopped bananas Drizzle with honey, serve immediately and ENJOY! Planning to try this?
