MAJA BLANCAIngredients:4 cups coconut milk1 can coconut condensed milk cup cornstarch1 can corn kernels, drainedsugar, for bruleeProcedure:1. Mix together 3 cups of coconut milk and condensed milk in a pot. Bring to a simmer.2. In a bowl, mix together cornstarch and remaining coconut milk.3. Slowly add cornstarch mixture while mixing. Mix in your corn kernels and pour into a heat proof baking dish lined with banana leaves or brushed with coconut oil.
