5-INGREDIENT MAJA BLANCA

Hi. Just here blessing your feed with this creamy maja blanca recipe. This is a classic favorite, but we added a twist that made this kakanin extra addictive.

MAJA BLANCA
Ingredients:
4 cups coconut milk
1 can coconut condensed milk
cup cornstarch
1 can corn kernels, drained
sugar, for brulee

Procedure:
1. Mix together 3 cups of coconut milk and condensed milk in a pot. Bring to a simmer.
2. In a bowl, mix together cornstarch and remaining coconut milk.
3. Slowly add cornstarch mixture while mixing. Mix in your corn kernels and pour into a heat proof baking dish lined with banana leaves or brushed with coconut oil.
