Strawberry Kiss Bellini
1oz strawberry puree
sparkling wine
strawberry for garnish

Cherry Cheesecake Milkshake
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ cup milk
¼ cup cream cheese
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup cherries, pitted
½ tsp vanilla extract
whipped cream
maraschino cherries for garnish

Pretty In Pink Paloma
1oz silver tequila
1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp sugar
soda water
pink Himalayan sea salt for rim
pink grapefruit wedge for garnish

Raspberry White Hot Chocolate
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1oz raspberry liqueur (OR raspberry puree below)
1 tsp sugar
fresh whipped cream
raspberries

**Raspberry Puree
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
In a small saucepan, heat ingredients over medium-low until the raspberries break down.
Strain the mixture through a sieve.
Add to hot chocolate.

Heartini Martini
1oz cinnamon liqueur
1oz vodka
cinnamon hearts
