Banana cake recipes! Yes , this easy banana cake recipe is loaded with bananas, so moist, sweet, soft and absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
- 10 small bananas
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups All purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tbspn baking powder
- 1/2 tbspn baking soda
- Cashew(7) , Resin(7),Almonds(7)

* Methods to prepare *

1. Smash the banana and keep it aside.
2 . In beater add egg, sugar and beat together until sugar dissolve.
3. In a mixing bowl add maida , baking pow , baking soda and whisk together. Now add oil and egg mixture to the flour and make it to batter.
4. Spread oil into a cake pan and transfer the batter to it.
5. In vessel , place the ring steel to protect the cake base. Now place the cake pan on top of the ring.
6. Cook on high flame for 20 min and check. Once checked , Continue to cook for another 20 min in low flame.
7 . Check with the knife in the center of the cake and once the knife comes out clean , Cake is ready to be served.
