A Tausali(Cucumber Rava Cake) At Home This Christmas || Coastal Kitchen || Roopa Nabar | India Food Network

This Christmas, enjoy a homemade rustic Tausali at home. Tausali is cucumber rava cake, which is very easy to make. Follow Roopa's simple steps and enjoy this age old Malwani delicacy. A very merry Christmas to all of you! :)


Ingredients:
1. 2 medium Cucumber
2. 3/4 cup Rice Flour
3. 1/2 cup Ghee
4. 1 cup Jaggery
5. 1 cup Grated Coconut
6. 10 Soaked Cashew
7. Cardamon Powder
8. Salt

Method:
Grate cucumber
Heat ghee fry rava for 2mins
Mix all ingredients together
Heat remaining ghee and cook the semolina mixture for 10mins
Grease a 6 inch tray and bake at 180 c for 25 mins
