Aam Panna

Ingredients:
Raw mangoes peeled and sliced (keri) 1 kg
Water (for boiling) 5 cups
Water 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 cups
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves 1/3 cup
Black pepper powder 1 pinch
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes as required
Mango mixture as required
Water as required

Directions:
1. In a pot add raw mangoes and water, boil mangoes are fully soft.
2. In a blender add boiled mangoes and water and blend until smooth paste has formed.
3. Filter this mango paste through sieve into a pot.
4. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
5. Add black salt and cook for 2-3 minutes or until color changes. Let it cool at room temperature.
6. Transfer the prepared aam panna mixture in a glass bottle. It can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
7. In a blender add prepared aam panna mixture, mint leaves, black pepper, cumin powder, and blend well.
8. Rub lemon on the sides of the glass, sprinkle cumin powder on it so that cumin powder sticks to the glass. Transfer the prepared mixture in this glass, add water and ice cubes and mix well. Your Pudina Aam panna is ready.
9. In another glass add aam panna mixture, water, ice cubes and mix well. Your Aam Panna is ready.

Cooking time: 30-40 mins
