Time for another Aaron's China Guide video on how to order Chinese food. This time I go for ban mian 拌面, which is mixed noodles in sauce. It's basically the same thing as Lo mein from a Cantonese restaurant. This makes a great cheap lunch. This is beef ban mian or niu rou ban mian and it's spicy 辣. Ban 拌 means dressed with sauce, and mian 面 means noodles.
