Aaron's China Guide E10 - 宫保鸡丁 - Kung pao chicken | Aaron Sawich

This time we go for food well known back in the west. Kung Pao Chicken or Gong bao ji ding 宫保鸡丁 is a great Sichuan food that most foreigners will love. Spicy sweet and sour flavor with added peanuts for an extra crunch! Chinese cooking is the best, and some of the best stuff is from Sichuan and Chongqing. A must-try if you come to China. Gong bao 宫保 was the name of the creator of kung pao chicken, ji 鸡 means chicken, and ding 丁 means cubed because usually the chicken is cut into cubes. Enjoy and please watch more of the Chinese food eating videos from Aaron's China Guide.
