More western Chinese food in China this month. Aaron's China Guide goes to a Hong Kong-style restaurant to get some sweet & sour pork. There are 2 kinds of sweet and sour pork. One is called tang cu li ji 糖醋里脊 which is sweet & sour pork without pineapple. Another is bo luo gu lao rou 菠萝咕咾肉 which has pineapple and is the one featured in my video. Deep-fried pieces of pork with a lovely sweet and sour sauce make this a great choice.
