This is the final episode of Muslim food theme month. This time I show you some great fried noodles called gan bian chao mian 干煸炒面 . There are beef, onions, red and green peppers, and a delicious sauce. This stuff is a must-try. Some of the best Chinese noodles out there. Gan bian 干煸 means fried with oil and not water. Chao 炒 means fried and mian 面 means noodles. There is also some bonus video of me taking a bus in Chongqing from downtown to the south. Amazing scenery and not to be missed.
