Better late than never. I filmed this episode while teaching in Qijiang again. I go back to the yi xin yi ke restaurant to show you another delicious Chinese food. Hot plate ribs or Tie ban pai gu 铁板排骨 are great and have a nice salty sauce on them. Served over onions and with a side of corn and spicy green peppers. Hot plate meals are super delicious and definitely worth checking out.
