Aaron's China Guide hits the road. I went to Shanghai for 5 days and tried some tasty local food. One of them was the famous Shanghai soup dumplings, also known as xiao long bao 小笼包. These come in many varieties and should be tried if you ever visit Shanghai. The bun that I had in the video had crab meat in it. They are similar to Chinese steamed buns but they are softer and have soup in them. Definitely try them if you are ever in Shanghai 上海.
