This time on Aaron's China Guide I'll show you some Zhejiang food 浙江菜. This is also street food. Mei gan cai kou rou bing 梅干菜扣肉饼 translates to dried vegetable pancake. Sundried Chinese cabbage rolled into a dough and baked in an oven. The dough is stuck to the inside of a cylinder like oven and the pancake is peeled off once it has been cooked. Makes a great snack and just 6 RMB. I lived in Zhejiang China for 1 year in 2014 and this delicious Chinese baked bread was one of my favorite snack foods at that time.
