Try this lovely Achari kofta Handi Recipe. #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3hWd1qVVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Achari Kofta Handi Recipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Achari Spice:-Dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs-Rai dana(Mustard seeds) ½ tsp-Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp -Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tsp -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cup -Achari masala 1 or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp Prepare Koftas:-Oil 1 tbs-Dawn foods kofta 10-12Prepare Achari gravy:-Oil 2-3 tbs -Sabut lal mirch (Red chili whole) 5-6-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) Fried & crushed ¼ Cup -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required-Taza dhania (Fresh Coriander)-Hari mirch (Fresh chilies) Direction:-In frying pan,add coriander seeds,mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,nigella seeds,fennel seeds and cumin seeds,roast until fragrant and coarsely pound the spices by using mortar and pestle.-In yogurt,add achari masala,red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt,mix well and set aside.-In frying pan,add oil and dawn foods koftas,shallow fry for 2-3 minutes and set aside.-In wok,add oil,red chili whole and ginger garlic paste,sauté for a minute.-Add spiced yogurt and cook for 4-5 minutes.-Add onion and mix well.-Add water and bring it to boil,add fried dawn foods kofta,stir well,cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.-Sprinkle fresh coriander and green chilies and serve.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza: Prepare Achari Spice:-Dhania (Coriander seeds) ½ tbs-Rai dana(Mustard seeds) ½ tsp-Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp -Kalonji (Nigella seeds) 1 tsp -Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cup -Achari masala 1 or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp Prepare Koftas:-Oil 1 tbs-Dawn foods kofta 10-12Prepare Achari gravy:-Oil 2-3 tbs -Sabut lal mirch (Red chili whole) 5-6-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) Fried & crushed ¼ Cup -Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required-Taza dhania (Fresh coriander)-Hari mirch (Green chilies) Directions:-Frying pan mein dhania,rai dana,meethi dana,kalonji,saunf aur zeera dal ker khushbu anay tak roast ker lein aur masalay ko mortar aur pestle mein dal ker coarsely pound ker lein.-Dahi mein achari masala,lal micrh powder,haldi powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.-Frying pan mein oil aur dawn foods kofta dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya shallow fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.-Karhai mein oil,sabut lal mirch aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ek minute kliya saute karein.-Spiced dahi dal dein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani shamil karein aur ubal anay ka bad fried dawn foods kofta dal dein,dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.-Taza dhania aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.
