Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 3 medium
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 3 medium
-Lauki (Bottle gourd) peeled & cubes 250g
-Cooking oil 6-8 tbs
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 3 medium
-Beef mix boti kg
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch powder (Kasmiri red chilli powder) 1 tsp
-Achar gosht masala 1 & tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Water 3 Cups or as required
-Hot water 1 & Cup
-Garam masala powder tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) slit 3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-In a blender jug,add tomatoes,blend to make a puree & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,potatoes,bottle gourd,mix well and fry on high flame until light golden (approx. 2-3 minutes) and set aside for later use.
-In the same pot,add cooking oil,cloves,cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,cumin seeds & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until golden brown.
-Add beef mix boti and mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,achar gosht masala,coriander powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes & mix well.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates (approx. 8-10 minutes).
-Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until 3/4th done (approx. 35 minutes) and keep mixing in between then cook uncovered on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Now add potatoes & bottle gourd & mix well.
-Add hot water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tender (10-12 minutes).
-Add garam masala powder,green chillies,fresh coriander and lemon juice,cover & simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
-Blender jug mein tamatar dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil mein aalo aur lauki dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (approx. 2-3 minutes) aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakhd ein.
-Us he pot mein cooking oil,laung,darchini,hari elaichi aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker mix karein aur golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Beef mix boti dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,kashmiri lal mirch powder,achar gosht masala aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 8-10 minutes).
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per 3/4th done ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 35 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein phir darmiyani ancch per uncovered 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab aloo & lauki dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Garam masala powder,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
