A quick and instant dosa which needs no fermentation so that you can enjoy your favourite recipe anytime.ADAIIngredients¼ cup Tata Sampann Urad Dal½ cup kolam rice, soaked and drained¼ cup split pigeon peas (toovar dal), soaked and drained½ cup Bengal gram (chana dal), soaked with 2 dried red chillies and drained1 inch ginger, sliced8-10 curry leaves Salt to tasteSalt to tasteOil to drizzleCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. Wash Tata Sampann Urad Dal for 2-3 times. Add sufficient water and soak for 3-4 hours.2. In a blender add rice, toovar dal, chana dal, urad dal, ginger, curry leaves and ¾ cup water and blend to a smooth batter.3. Transfer batter in a bowl, add salt and mix well.4. Heat a nonstick tawa and spread a ladleful of the batter to form a semi thick disk. Drizzle some oil and cook for 2 minutes.5. Flip it and cook on the other side as well till golden brown in colour. 6.
