Then knead the dough for 5 minutes.- Grease with oil and wrap it with a cling wrap and leave it for 20 minutes.- In a bowl, add thinly sliced onion, salt and red chili flakes. Mix it well and set aside.- Divide the dough into 4-6 equal parts. Take one part and roll it out as thin as you can. Apply melted butter and sprinkle onion over the dough.- Roll it out into a dice. Wrap it with a cling and rest for 10 minutes.- Roll it with light hands and prick it. Place in a baking tray.- Apply milk wash.- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180C.- Serve hot with raita and tea or coffee.Preparation Time: 30 minutesCooking Time: 40 minutesServing: 4-6
