Ala Pachidi / Ginger Chutney by Preetha | India Food Network

An authentic Andhra recipe which tastes delicious with anything from idlis to breads! It can add to your lunch as well as your mid-night snack!

Ingredients:

Oil- 2 tbsp

Whole hing- small piece

Urad dal- 1 tbsp

Chana dal- 1 tbsp

Fenugreek seeds/ Methi seeds- 1/2 tsp

Dried red chillies- 2 to 3 nos.

1/4 cup chopped ginger

1 green chilli- chopped

Small Gooseberry piece tamarind

1 tbsp Jaggery

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Curry leaves- few
