Alfredo pasta with crispy chicken:
Ingredients:
K&N’s Chicken Tempura 330g (12-15 pieces)
Water as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fettuccine pasta rolls 4-5
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Onion (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Cream 1 cup
Oregano 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese powder 3 tbsp
Mushroom (sliced) 1/2 cup
Parsley (fresh) for sprinkle
Black olives (sliced) as required

Directions:
1. Simmer water in a pot, add one tablespoon oil and pinch of salt in it. Add fettuccine rolls in simmering water and boil until 90% cooked. Strain and set aside.
2. Prepare K&N’s chicken tempura as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
3. In a pan melt butter, add garlic, onion and sauté it for a minute. Add flour and cook it for a minute.
4. Gradually add milk while stirring consciously to avoid lumps. Now add salt, oregano, black pepper and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Now add cream, parmesan powder, cheddar cheese and cook until sauce is creamy and rich in texture for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then add mushroom, boiled pasta and give it a good mix. Take off from heat.
6. Dish out your pasta in a plate and top it with prepared K&N’s chicken tempura. Garnish olives and parsley on top and your pasta is ready.
7. Your delicious creamy alfredo fettuccine pasta with crispy chicken is ready to serve.
