Fish fillets marinated with spices topped with crushed almonds, baked till perfection and served with lemon butter sauce.ALMOND CRUSTED FISH WITH LEMON BUTTER SAUCE - (Serves - 4)Ingredients¼ cup almond flakes2 rawas fish filletsJuice of 1 lemon1 tablespoon butterSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 teaspoon red chilli flakes1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon pommery mustardChopped spring onion greens for garnishingMethod1. Take fish on a plate. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, chilli flakes, ginger-garlic paste, juice of ½ lemon and pommery mustard and rub well. Set aside to marinate for 1 hour.2. Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with silicon mat.3. Transfer the marinated fish on the lined baking tray, put almond flakes on top and lightly press.4. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.5. To prepare lemon butter sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add 3-4 tablespoons water and whisk. Add juice of remaining lemon, whisk and cook for 2-3 minutes. 6. Place the baked fish on individual serving platter and drizzle some lemon butter sauce on top.7.
