ALOO BHUJIA TIKKIIngredients4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed1 cup aloo bhujia sevSalt to taste2 tbsps corn flour½ inch ginger, chopped2 green chillies, choppedCorn flour slurry as requiredOil to deep fryMethod1. In a bowl, add potatoes, ½ cup aloo bhujia sev, corn flour, green chillies, salt, ginger and mix well.2. Divide the mixture in equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Dip in corn flour slurry and roll in the remaining aloo bhujia sev.3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prepared tikkis till crispy and golden brown in colour, remove on an absorbent paper.4.
