Mix together potatoes, garam masala, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and dried mint powder in a bowl. Add gram flour and mix well. 2. Knead into a soft dough. 3. Heat sufficient oil in kadai for deep-frying.4. Fill the prepared mixture in a greased sev press. Press out strips directly into the hot oil. 5. Deep-fry till golden brown.
