Quick easy and very tasty Aloo Bhunna recipe for you. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #pakistanicookingWritten Recipe: https://ln.run/-fN0IServes 3-4Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Aloo (Potatoes) kg-Cooking oil Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Pyaz paste (Onion paste) 2 medium-Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2-3 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Water Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Peel & cut potatoes into pieces & set aside.-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.-Add onion paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add pureed tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook until oil separates (12-15 minutes). -Add potatoes & mix well.-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (10-12 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add green chilli,fresh coriander & mix well.-Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Aloo (Potatoes) kg-Cooking oil Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Pyaz paste (Onion paste) 2 medium-Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2-3 -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tbs-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & tsp or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Water Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions:-Aloo ko peel ker ka pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pyaz paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pureed tamatar,adrak lehsan paste,namka,zeera,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes). -Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho ajay tak paka lein.-Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein.-Hara dhania aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
