Give this a try!ALOO CHICKEN PAKODAIngredients2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed300 grams chicken mince (keema)1 medium onion, chopped8-10 curry leaves, shredded2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves½ tsp fennel seeds (saunf)½ tsp red chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorns to taste1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp garlic pasteSalt to taste¾ cup dried breadcrumbsOil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Take chicken mince in a large bowl, add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, fennel seeds, red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and breadcrumbs and mix well.2. Heat oil in a kadai. Gently drop small portions of the chicken mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.3.
