Aloo Gobhi Recipe | Aloo Gobhi Matar recipe

We usually make fried aloo gobhi but frying the veggies with lots of oil is quite unhealthy for us specially for everyday veggies.
In today's recipe , we make aloo gobhi/potato cauliflower recipe with very less oil and in very simple way.

Ingredients:
Potato (aloo) 2 medium size
Cauliflower(gobhi) 250 gm
Green peas(optional) 1/2cup
Onion 1 medium sized (sliced)
Tomato 1 medium size (chopped)
Ginger 1tbsp(chopped)
Green Chilly 1 (finely chopped)
Salt
Turmeric powder(haldi) 1/2tsp
Red pepper powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Mango powder(optional)1/4tsp
Oil 3tbsp
