Aloo Gobi

Ingredient Quantity
Potatoes cut into cube (Boiled) 1 no. (Big)
Cauliflower cut into florets (Blanched) 1 no. (Small)
Tomatoes cut into cube 1 no.
Ghee 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp (Home style tsp)
Ginger julienne 1 inch
Green chilli slit 3-4 no.
Didsari Turmeric Herbal salt with Garlic 1½ tsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger julienne, green chilli slit, potatoes and cauliflower
and cook for 3-4 min.
2. Add Didsari Turmeric Herbal salt with Garlic and tomatoes, mix well and sauté for another 3-4
min.
3. Add coriander chopped, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
4. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
