How to cook Potato and Cauliflower in the traditional home style way without using Onion and garlic.

Aloo Gobi

Ingredient-

Oil - 2Tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1Inch
Green Chilli - 4-5 nos
Onion Chopped - 2 Small
Potato Cubes - 4 Small
Cauliflower Florets - 250 gm
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder - 1Tsp
Water - ½Cup
Red Chilly Powder - ½Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Tomatos Chopped - 2 Small
Curd( Dhai) - 3 Tbsp
Coriander Chopped - 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala to Sprinkle
Coriander Sprig to garnish

Method:-
• Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till its splutter.
• Mean while cut ginger into juliennes and add to the pan and sauté for 30 sec.
• Add green chilli. Sauté for while.
• Add onion and mix well and sauté for 2 mint.
• Add potatoes and cauliflower florets mix well.
• Add salt, turmeric powder, mix well and cook for 6 to 8 mints.
• Mean while cut tomato in to dice.
• Add some water in a pan and Cover and cook for 10 to 12 mint.
• Take out the lid and mix well.
• Add red chilli powder, garam Masala powder and tomato dice mix well and cook for 1 min.
• Beat the curd and add to the curry, mix well and cook till curry is dry.
• Add chopped coriander, mix well.
• Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh coriander sprigs.
• Serve hot.
