Sizzle for a minute.• Add onion and cook until translucent. Add water and cook again for 2-3 minutes until soft.• Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add mince cook until changes color. • Add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric and cook on medium low flame until oil separates. • Add water, mix, cover with lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.• Take the cover off, add yougurt and cook again for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.• Add potatoes and mix.
