Recipe for Aloo ki bhujia recipe - Potato curry by cooking with Asifa:
Ingredients:
Cumin Seeds = 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil = 1/2 cup
Potatoes = 7 (med sized)
Red Chilli Flakes = 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder = 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder = 1/2 tsp
Salt = 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tsp
Tomatoes = 5
Garam Masala = 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies = 5
Coriander Leaves = 7 tbsp
Recipe:-
Roast cumin seeds(1 tsp) in vegetable oil(1/2 cup).
Fry potatoes(7 pieces medium sized) for 4-5 minutes ,adding red chilli flakes(1 tbsp),chilli powder(1/2 tsp),coriander powder(1/2 tsp), salt(1tsp), & gingergarlic paste (1 tsp).
As potatoes turn light gold, we will add freshly peeled tomatoes(5 pieces) & cook them till it turns into a paste.
Cover the lid and cook it on a low flame for 5 minutes more.
Ending our recipe by adding garam masala(1/2tsp), green chili (4-5) & coriander (7 tbsp).
