Ingredients
FOR THE MIXTURE
Potato 1 Large, steamed, peeled and mashed
Bread slices 4
Shredded cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
Grated garlic 1 Teaspoon
Minced green chili 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1⁄4 Teaspoon (to taste)
Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
FOR BATTER
Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as needed)
FOR FRYING
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions
MAKING

For the mixture – in a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Divide the mixture into small portions and give donut like shape. Set aside.
For the batter – in a small owl, add in cornstarch and gradually pour in the water; mixing continuously.
In a deep pan, heat the oil and dip the donut balls into cornstarch mixture and deep fry until golden brown.
SERVING

Serve with green chutney.
