Spread the love! :)Ingredients:1 tbsp Oil + 1 pan Oil for deep frying1 tsp Ginger, chopped1 tsp Green chillies, chopped1 Onions, chopped1 cup Paneer, crushedSalt to taste1 tsp Ching's Secret Paneer Chili Masala1 tsp Coriander leaves, choppedMethod:Heat oil in a pan. Then add ginger, green chillies, onions, paneer & salt and cook it well. Mix well.Then add Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Masala & coriander leaves and mix well.The paneer filling is ready. Take it out on another plate and let it cool.Once the paneer filling has cooled down start filling it in the tikkis.Scoop out a bit of the potato mixture, roll it into a ball, flatten it, add the filling and roll it again.Once this is done, deep fry all the tikkis.Ready!
