Aloo Parval Sabzi/Potato And Pointed Gourd Sabzi | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Aloo Parval Sabzi is a very healthy Veg dish that goes well with Rotis. Let me show how to make this Potato and Pointed Gourd recipe at home very easily.

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Parval
3 Potatoes
2 Onions
11/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Dry Mango powder (Amchur)
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennel powder
1/4 tsp Hing
3 tbsp Mustard Oil

Method:
-- Peel, wash and cut Parval and Potatoes into cubes.
-- In a Kadai heat Mustard Oil and put Cumin, Hing and sliced Onions.
-- Add Parval and Potatoes and saute.
-- Then add Coriander powder, Turmeric, Cumin powder, Dry mango powder, Red Chilli powder, Fennel powder and Salt & mix well.
-- Cover and cook.
-- Serve hot with Rotis.
