Let me show how to make this Potato and Pointed Gourd recipe at home very easily.Ingredients:1/2 Kg Parval3 Potatoes2 Onions11/2 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Turmeric1 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp Dry Mango powder (Amchur)1 tsp Red Chilli powder1 tsp Cumin seeds1 tsp Fennel powder1/4 tsp Hing3 tbsp Mustard OilMethod:-- Peel, wash and cut Parval and Potatoes into cubes.-- In a Kadai heat Mustard Oil and put Cumin, Hing and sliced Onions.-- Add Parval and Potatoes and saute.-- Then add Coriander powder, Turmeric, Cumin powder, Dry mango powder, Red Chilli powder, Fennel powder and Salt & mix well.-- Cover and cook.-- Serve hot with Rotis.
