Ingredients

Whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting – 2 cups
Potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated – 2 medium
Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
Carom seeds (ajwain) – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ghee for kneading

Method
1. Take a bowl add wheat flour, boiled, Peeled, grated potatoes, red chilli powder, carom seeds, garam masala and salt to taste and mix well.
2. Add water and knead semi hard dough.
3. Add ghee and knead dough again and set it aside for 10 -15 minutes.
4. Dived the dough into equal small round balls.
5. Roll the balls into disc and deep fry in oil until golden brown and fluffy.
6. Remove them out absorbent paper and serve hot.
